AFTRENOON PRAYER

AFSAR NIZAM

Morn-prayer has been over

So is the Noon gone away

Now Afternoon prayer awaits ahead

To go to mosque in mirth and gay.

Asar is the prayer of rakat four

After saying it let us go to play

Carrying ball with the bat

To the field far away.

Prayer and play

Are really the sailing boat

To nourish our mind

with mirth and gay.
